Massive upgrade. Elevates the frame TV to another level. High quality metal frame, looks and feels like something you'd get at a custom framing shop. Comes with somewhat easy to read instructions, and a video. Put together and enjoyed within 10 mins. I bought another in white and looks just as nice.The price is steep, but it's made to last. Really enjoying the new frame.

I thought for sure I’d have to send this frame back but I was pleasantly surprised that it was both sturdy and beautiful! It covers the little sensor on the Frame TV, which I like because now it looks even less like a TV. However, I was very happy that it doesn’t block the sensors or remote control interaction.

Easy to assemble, 1 second installation and makes your Samsung Frame TV look the way you expected it to look when you bought it—like good art. Excellent customer service!

I ordered the sample of two colors to check out the size and color and see how it looked when I held it next to my TV. The picture show a piece of the actual frame and it is deceptive

When I realized the 2021 Samsung brand frames were nothing special, I went on a search for something else. The black alloy frame made all the difference. Well packaged and fairly easy to put together, but be careful edges are a bit sharp.

If I could’ve sent this back, I would. Don’t waste your money on these frames. Makes your tv practically useless. Have to stand in the perfect spot with the remote at a certain angle to get it to work.
