Range KleenMFG INC 7361 Replacement Plug-in Range Element, 6", Black

These items were bought more affordably here on Amazon than else where and were conviently packaged in pairs . They came quickly which was nice and were well packaged . They stove eyes work well and heat up evenly and quickly as expected . However there is an issue with these or atleast with use on my stove , a whirlpool / kenmore . They are too large and do not fit into the new splash/spill pans or the old ones and in fact , barely fit into the bare open holes all together . We're talking about 1/4 inch really so it's not that they are unusable but do not fit securely or flat for that matter which is frustrating to say the least . Also on a more persnickety note , the legs or the 3 pronged risers attached to them are not welded into place but merely clamped with some simple cheap clips which are not very secure in themselves which is not a deal breaker but was disappointing to see and does allow for excess movement / wobble .

I will give this four stars for being an amazing bargain. However, it will not fit my range. I have a vintage '60s Tappan Fabulous 400, and the wire loops on mine look nearly identical to those shown in the picture. The measurements are perfect, but the size of the wire loops on these are too large to fit the plug-ins on my range. The wire loops on my existing burners are much tighter and a bit smaller. Too bad. Last time I replaced a burner, I had to go to a local appliance repair store in a major city and it cost me about $35 to get one. So, the cost savings are substantial if this one will fit your range. I would recommend doing some research before buying a burner replacement to make sure. The one I got in the mail was shipped very quickly and it looks very sturdy, it's just too bad it won't work on mine. It looks like an excellent product if it will fit your range.

I bought 3 of these 6" burners and 1 of the 8" to use on my estate 20" stove, they did not fit. the product seems to be well made and durable was even a lot more sturdy and heavier than the one that came with my cooker, however the tripod looking base the coils sit on extended about 1/4 inch to far to fit my stove. really sad that I had to return these I now i will have to buy the flimsy made element that will probably burn out in another 2 years...if it fits your stove brand then it is a good buy

Hubby gifted me with a large-eye canning element replacement and I really enjoyed it. So much so that I wanted to also replace the second one on my range and found this one. It sits higher than the one I was gifted and (don't tell!) I like it better. Heats up quickly and does a good job of keeping a very heavy water-bath canner up off the surface of the range.

This does exactly what I bought it for - to make my stove top look like new again. My only complaint is that when I first heated the elements up they smoked (a lot). I expect all elements do this but it could be a simple thing to heat the element up once in the factory before they ship it. It was very much a one-time thing, and other than that they look good and they work great.

This is a standard Electric element replacement for a stove or cook top. It is not an OEM model, but it fits correctly as listed. The only difference is that the element is an oval shape without a distinctly flat top surface. This does not seem to effect cooking, but older pots and pans which are not quite flat on the bottom may rock slightly. Recommend a new burner bowl be installed to reflect heat.

This was a perfect replacement for my low-end Frigidaire branded stove top. It installed in seconds, heats up and cooks just like the old one I replaced. I wish I knew how inexpensive these replacement parts were, it would have saved me a lot of effort and money trying to clean the old ones.
