Bright light
Set this up on a standard 20g reef tank. It is mounted about 18 inches above the tank. The tank only has plans for leathers and softies. The light is bright. Build quality isn't like the black box leds I've used in the past. It is much lighter because the body is made of plastic and not metal. Which can be good for weight and corrosion issues. The blue is a very nice deep blue. I have it set about 50 percent with the whites on as low as they can go. The only downside to this light is the fan is noisy and it gives off a strong plastic smell when on. Which I'm thinking may be due to production oils burning off. I do plan to replace the fan with an F8 silent PC fan.
