Q: Are these authentic Ugg brand?

Yes they are absolutely real UGGs. I have been ripped off before not on Amazon but other sites and u can tell the difference immediately.. they r the perfect slipper.. I was hesitant to spend that much on a slipper but I am so glad I did so if you’re thinking about it do it they are real and they are gorgeous

Q: why does this have a prop 65 warning???

Because California requires it on anything and everything with a possible carcinogen as an ingredient. I am guessing there’s something in the sole of the shoe. A bit ridiculous, but at least you know UGG follows the law.

Q: If I’m size 8.5 would a 9 fit me best?

I am almost always a 9 and I bought a 9 in these. They were VERY snug at first, but they stretched out alot over a few days and now fit perfect. They would have been flopping off had I sized up to a 10
