If you have a bad throat, chitrak haritaki avaleh is an excellent remedy. Have a saline gargle with lukewarm water and then suck about half a tea spoon of this avaleh and experience its magical power of relieving the throat problem. Even the most severe throat problem will vanish in a couple of days. Use it, to believe it.
