It is pretty good overall. Vegetables Cook pretty good on it. I recommend turning it on and waiting 10 minutes before you start cooking. If you’re cooking meat that’s on the thicker side , it will release a lot of juice which will take longer to cook it. Would probably work better with thinner meat.

Cons for me are wish it didn't have the crepe shape as it's something I won't be using it for & a little bigger. Haven't used it yet, hoping it does heat above 475⁰ since it's described to do so up to 536⁰. If so, it's a keeper & great for the buck!

I’m glad I came across this product. I love the design and the ease of setup is nice. I would had it perfect scores but at times I have to turn up the temperature high just so it can cook good

This is an easy to use raclette grill. I liked the fact that its open from all sides and the individual pans can be placed from all four sides. This is our second Techwood grill. We ordered a third one but it arrived damaged. We returned that and ordered another one, but unfortunately this time too the box was damaged! these guys better learn to take care of their packaging. Getting tired of ordering and then having to return things.

Take long time to get ready to start preparing the food, I tried it with chicken, beef, shrimps, mushroom and vegetablesEasy to clean the top but some cheese melted under the heating element and it wasn’t easy to clean

We used this for our new years dinner and it was great, the only thing I have to critique is that it doesn't come with any wooden spoon to take the food of.

Me and my family love to have dinner like this. These can be pricy but I bought one used but came new. For $40 less! But they are worth it. You eat slower so you get filled up faster and it puts you and your kids around the table to actually talk and not be in a phone! You won’t regret it!

Easy to use, heats great, only downfall is there's no drainage for excess grease. I give it 4 stars out of 5.

Had supper with friends, decided to buy one ,received it in a timely manner, tried it out, works fine, heat control is pretty accurate. . There are a couple of things i would like to mention. Grill thickness could be a bit thicker for better heat control, I had to order spatulas where as most other manufactures supply them with the grill. Like many others , it is advertised as an " 8 person grill" we had a party for 6 people and had to use a "smokeless grill " for the vegetables , you could not feed 8 people using only this grill. A stone/metal grill as an option would be an awesome addition. if most people are going to purchase one of these there are other people that offer stone/grill raclettes for about the same money . I bought it for the larger surface & 1500 watt element . If i had to , i would purchase a different product. This is not a negative review but more as an awareness and a couple of suggestions.

Easy to clean. Cooks very quickly. Great dinner party theme
