Auger failed after four months of use. Product has a one-year warranty no refunds only replacement of product. Company will not cover shipping customer has to pay for shipping then they will test product and determine if it is faulty or not.

Saved me a ton of money. Best online price, cannot even touch what the regular store was asking for these. Very easy to replace old motor. It's been running for few months now through the winter and it works great. Much quieter than the one that was was ready to die inside my stove for at least one season.
