Works amazingly

We use this keyboard on our CNC plasma table at work. It get put through a lot of abuse being outside at all times, taking on slag splatter from the plasma, and temps from 110 in the summer to 30 in the winter. Overall it is great for this usage, but the arrow keys stopped working after about a year. I bought another of the same keyboard to replace it.

This has a short USB cable, and the mouse movement is full speed or nothing.

I use my keyboard more than any other tool in the house. It does not sit on a tidy little desk, but rather a veritable workbench desktop...amongst all the things I use to pursue my messy hobbies. Glue, paint, little bottles of dye, yesterday's lunch, more glue, water/i. alcohol and my handy bottle of "Goo Gone". All this stuff has melted, shorted or otherwise ruined about 3 keyboards a year for 6 or more years.This keyboard, without being overly dramatic, is a life changer for me.It IS expensive. The feel of the keys takes getting used to, but are surprisingly sensitive to my glue covered fingers. The mouse controls are useless TO ME, but I appreciate the effort. Backlighting is blue only. It is corded.SO WHAT! You can CLEAN IT!...I mean, really CLEAN it.5 stars. Nothing Less.

I really like this keyboard. nice bright LED backlight that can be turned off. Keyboard is the perfect size for machine operation. I would not use it for a computer for typing it is more of a input device for CNC or wet area data input.Because it is totally sealed metal chips or F.O.D. does not get jammed under the keys making them stick. Nice extra long cord too. It does have all the keys but re -arranged to fit the smaller size; so you have to get used to where they have moved to.

Very good keyboard for dirty jobs.
