A marvelous handbook, disguised as a textbook, on the latest research and practical information on how to take care of your nutrition, weight management, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility, stress management, addictions, and much more, with dozens of self-assessment scales to help you chart your way. I will keep this as a handbook for years. Expensive, but worth it.
