Perceived low quality of material, that I expect to shrink after washed/dried. Fit more like a size small, not medium

Shirt reeked of a chemical smell, it’s very stiff and is not a licensed West Point shirt. It was also crafted poorly onto a cheap t-shirt. I will be returning and I recommend using a reputable source for any college or sports gear.
