My husband had to do this for me as I have a medical condition meaning I can't do it myself. He had to be heavily persuaded! However, it's fab. I don't know how it cuts dead skin without cutting my normal skin but it did! My husband say's it's easy and had a nice grip to handle and changing the blade was simple after he watched a YouTube video. The blade is sharp and the handle let's it be moved into different angles very easily (my husband was also pleasantly surprised by this). The whole kit including the box is very good quality and it's easy to clean.

Took a while to work out how to put it together (very carefully not to cut fingers off in the process) - looked at the pictures on website. Then had a go at using it - again from pictures on website. Two very small and careful tries on hard skin of heel - immediately cut my heel because it had too wide a gap between blade and handle. I do not know if I installed it correctly or not, but this product should not be sold without clear instructions and also a hazard warning! I had actually bought it to use on the sole of my foot as a callous shaver (as advertised) - glad I didn't. I lost an old and trusted version of this, so I thought this would do the job. Sadly it did it too well - they should be supplied with sticking plasters. Not using again.

I can't write an accurate review because I don't t know how to use it. Hence the 3 stars it looks like it will be good and do the job, but there are no instructions and I can't work out how to use it!

Bought this for my husband. He loves it and would use it everyday if he could. Really good at removing hard skin. Very sharp so do need to be careful not to be too over enthusiastic but it definitely does the job

Exactly as described, seems good quality and quick delivery, for not much more than the cost of replacement blades it also has a ' cheese grater ' hard skin remover for really tough calouses, great for my diabetic heels! 10/10
