I bought these to make wristlet keyrings, however on making the first one the attachment snapped making them useless. Also they are very difficult to close with pliers.

I received only 18 pieces and not 20.And in the description, it says pliers are included, although there are no pictures of pliers. I didn't receive any in my packet.The 18 I did receive look OK, although I've not used them yet, still I would probably not buy again.
