The media could not be loaded. I was looking for an additional dehumidifier, and while my place is pretty bone-dry now in the winter, the holiday sales had me looking at deals. Not to mention, even with a dry house, my bathroom gets very steamy, and mold can grow if not addressed. So I got this Fehom unit because the size and modern minimalist design seemed perfect for the small space.This model looks really nice, with a simple design and minimalist aesthetic. It has a uniformly rectilinear shape with curved edges, and a totally flat top where the control panel is. The exhaust vents are not adjustable but seems to be designed to blow the air in a slightly outward and upward direction. There is a discreetly hidden carry handle to assist in moving the unit, but also side handles too, and is on small casters. The controls are pretty straightforward- power on/ off; mode; dehumidifier setting; timer; fan speed; lock.The unit runs quiet and so far seems to do a great job of dehumidifying the space (just used for steamy bathroom.. not used for clothes drying yet). The water collection bucket is easy to remove and empty. I noticed this is using a simple float-system for the “water full” alert. Curious to see how that works over time. The last dehumidifier I had used a small arm with a contact switch. Also, the air filter is easy to access and clean.The controller panel display is very simple modern design, and I am not sure if that is good or bad. My last machine had a bright LCD backlit display that had different info displayed at one time. This unit has a two digit LED that is behind the surface membrane. It displays mainly the current function and only changes when you are programing the buttons, then it reverts back to showing the humidity level. If I want to see how much time is left on the timer.. I am not sure how to do that. Not a dealbreaker at all, but just something to know. The dehumidifier worked well in my basement. I had to empty the reservoir daily so I know it was working well. Constant drain option via the hose is very convenient. Unit looks good, is quiet.

This dehumidifier wors great. Located in a basement music room, it's powerful, quiet and easy to set up. The built in pump create worry free humidity control. Had a couple questions, customer support was prompt and helpful.

Love the product. Fehom JD025L-80. It is very quiet and power efficient. Did a wonderful job in my basement. Used garden hose with separate pump to pump water outside. No emptying bucket. I like the compact size the option to add the hose since the basket is a little small and we do use it in the basement where i have the perfect place for it

I ordered this dehumidifier from Amazon. Unfortunately it wasn’t working. I called Amazon and they transferred me to Fehom manufacture. Because I’m leaving in Canada so I can’t return the product back but they still refund me with the whole amount of money. I appreciate the effort from Fehom services. They tried to resolve the problem as quick as possible.
