Oster Blade Wash Cleaner 18 Oz.

I’m not a professional barber or anything but i started giving myself personal haircuts since the pandemic and I’m mad I’ve never came across this clipper wash before. I typically disinfect/clean my clippers and trimmers with the andis spray and thought that was enough boy was i wrong. After using this blade wash I’m amazed and a little disgusted. I’ve never one how dirty my clipper was, so much hair was trapped in between the blades. I love this product because it allows me to clean my clippers without taking them apart which could be a Hassle putting it back exactly how i like it since i typically have them zero gapped. This blade was is definitely a game changer. 10/10 highly recommend

Works as directed

This is a great blade cleaner and the only blade cleaner I use. I use it first to clean away any coatings that are on newly purchased blades and combs, then as a wash and lubricant after I finish using the shears. As I use the shears, I dip the blades into the blade wash to get some of the dirt and hair out between the blades and combs to keep them clean and lubricated as I work. Works great along with Oster Kool Lube spray. Another great quality product from Oster.

This stuff really does get the factory gunk off the blades (not that the factory oil would hurt you or anything it's just nice to be able to effectively remove it from the blade). Removes all hair shavings very effectively. The blades really are much cleaner after using this product. Side note: These are marketed for dog clippers but they can be used for the Oster classic 76 clippers (or any other clippers) for human hair.

This product is great for washing your blades. Very simple and easy to use.

Oster's Blade Wash is exactly as expected. It works wonderfully. I did a running wash, which did well in a shallow dish. I also used a junk toothbrush on my blades, with each half slid open to do a thorough degunk. I would love to use a homemade alternative, but I just want to use something that will not mess up the blade. The bottle of wash is large enough that I can do many batches of blade cleaning, and the price is reasonable. I am happy with Oster Blade Wash.
