Gift wrap
Got both the products packed in single wrap. However, paid for gift wrap for two separately. Also charged double for packing.

It was nice in the beginning. But after 5 days the motor stopped working. Paid 1000+ for this faulty unit

Totally waste of money
I hv purchased 5 in1 robotic kit for my son. 3 of the robotic parts are same. Actually it is 3 in 1. When I hv asked they don't hv anything to say and one of the motor part stop working after 2 days. So totally waste of money.

Don't waste your money...junk
bought three different kits for my 8 year old for Christmas and first time turning it on it broke. I got it for $10 and got to return it but not worth a penny.

Awesome STEM robot kit
This is a truly great kit. The instructions are easy to follow, the pieces are easy to identify, and the package is nice and appealing - that last part is important, because you know that you want it to appeal to your students or other young learners. We just built AVA yesterday, and had her walk around. The kids really enjoyed controlling her. We are very excited to finish the rest of the robots.I have worked with hundreds of STEM kits from various companies, and let me tell you, this one is top-of-the-line. Now, ideally, it would be best to have a separate kit for each student. That's because there's only one battery pack. You're still getting a great value for this kit - in fact, I've seen many more expensive that pack much less entertainment and learning value - but the point is, you can do one with a small group, but your students are going to want to build their own at some point. The kit is awesome. I have few complaints. The only minor one is that some of the wooden pieces had to be bent, and didn't fit perfectly at first. Then again, troubleshooting is part of the engineering design process, and thus STEM as well. This is a great kit. The robots are cool, and fun to play with. This is one of my favorites, and I'm going to try to convince our little school to load up on these.Recommended - thanks for reading my review.

Faulty power unit
I should have read the other reviews before ordering. I got this for my son for summer project and with great enthusiasm we started off building the robot just to find that it won’t work. I am engineer and it took a bit to identify that the power unit is faulty. I had to do so many workarounds to get it to work since the return window for this item had passed by. If the unit worked, it would have been a great project

Motor unit doesn't work
The media could not be loaded. Â Unless figuring out how to make the motor work is part of the process, this set sucks. My replacement came with the same issue. We couldn't get the motor unit to work, despite multiple attempts according to instructions and changes of new batteries. Very frustrating. The motor unit is closed in so we can't unscrew anything to inspect what's wrong in the inside. A faulty motor unit makes this project very useless, and we're not really into breaking the already built motor unit apart to figure out what's wrong with this entire thing. Got this for a second grader. If the motor unit works, it'd be a very fun project.

Doesn't work
Like the other reviewer, our motor unit was defective and had no power output. The rocker switch unit was also assembled incorrectly, making it completely unusable. I'll update if the replacement they are sending works correctly, but I am not at all impressed with the quality of this completely nonfunctional toy. It's junk.Update: the replacement also didn't work. It's too bad, because it would have been a cute project, if the motor worked. It was all packaged nicely. But whoever did the assembly of the mechanical parts did a terrible job.
