Bought this after researching for my wife who suffer from a little anxiety. Even this I started taking it as I can be forgetful due to work demands and very busy children. I can certify that this works I feel more alert, I remember things and I am not as drained at the end of the day.This product is great value and a high dosage which we feel at one a day works for us. Very good product

I've had these since August and they used to be fine but within that short time the inner powder, the rhodolia itself, has hardened and almost seems to have a sticky texture. I couldn't say how long they've been this way but I've kept them properly and this has still happened. They're not cheap so I'm pretty dissapointed as I'm assuming, not a medical professional of any kind, that this is a not a good thing.
