Very easy to install
The product comes with a pair of wago connectors. All I needed were the two tools in the picture to cut the wire and strip the ends. Connections are really easy L & N in and L & N out - lift the lever, insert the wire and lock it down. Job done. There’s even a screw to secure the switch. Like many others, I used it so I can turn off an outside security light. It took me longer to shift stuff out of the way in the loft than it did to fit the device. Works really well and good value. The remote does not need to be programmed and works out of the box - switch needs to be held down for a fraction of a second longer than average but works reliably.

Works well
Fitted in loft to operate outside floodlights. Reasonably easy to fit, with some basic electrical wiring knowledge. Works well so far. Good value.

Works with Domoticz/RfxTRX433, but...
Bought this as a cheaper (5x) alternative to the old LightwaveRF relay module that looks almost identical. Had to chop off the plastic mounting screws to ease getting it into the back-box behind the light switch. Very easy to wire up - L/N pair in, L/N pair out!It works no problem at all with the provided remote, but I really bought it to use with my existing Domoticz/RFXtrx433 home automation setup. Some bloke on the interwebs said he'd got Dewenwils kit working with this setup, using the 'Energenie' codes. Indeed, it _almost_ works. It would seem that the crafty people at Dewenwils used the Energenie protocol, but made a little tweak.Basically... in order to turn a Dewenwils receiver ON/OFF from an Energenie remote - you have to use the "ON" buttons on consecutive button pairs. E.g. You need to use "ON" button 1 to turn this unit on, and "ON" button 2 to turn it off. The Dewenwils kit doesn't use the "OFF" codes from the Energenie system. Jokers!

Works great with new LED batten lights
I'm in the process of replacing the last of my fluorescent bulbs with LEDs and discovered that my legacy switches of this type -- HomeEasy and Smartwares -- are not compatible with CFL or LED driver circuitry. So I took a punt on one of these and it works perfectly for the new LED batten in my loft.Alas the RF codes are different so it won't work with my old HomeEasy transmitter, but the key fob that comes with it is attractive enough and other more traditional looking wall-mounted transmitters are available in this range.Physically it's almost identical to the old switches, and mine was fitted in a surface-mount pattress box so it was very simple to swap this one out. The only caveat is that the terminal order is slightly different (Live-in, Neutral-in, Neutral-out, Switched-out as opposed to Live-in, Switched-out, Neutral-out, Neutral-in on the legacy switches) so if you're doing a one-for-one replacement and your wiring is very tight you might have to extend it.Other than that, highly recommended especially if you're switching (heh!) from earlier type that doesn't work with modern ballasts.(It's only been installed for an hour so I reserve the right to amend this review or rating if it goes pop.)
