Bought for the engine compartment of my car after 2 wiring harness's were eaten by squirrels ! So far so good

Easy to use, multiple power source options, and has manual on how to install. Appear to be working. no signs of rodent activity.

Packaging had everything that was expected from the amazon listing. I like the flexibility of having different power options.The instructions in the Manual seemed clear: However, (1) the "Indicators and Operating Modes" section could mention that the RED indicator light will remain lit when the device is on, and (2) Item (3) in the "Product Appearance" diagram the Manual says it is a RED/GREEN indicator light. I am not sure if the light ever turns green or what that would mean if it did show green.The units seem to be working. Now all we do is hope the rats don't appreciate the devices and that there aren't any more wires, fan belts or other things that land on the menu.

These work perfectly as far as the product itself. However, they don't scare or repel anything. Anything. Waste of money.

This is a great unit , if you have rodents trying to make a home in your vehicle. My wifes car had a rodent trying to make a nest under the dash , I put in the 4 AA batteries and turned the unit on and layed it on the floor board , there are no more signs of rodent activity which daily there was. I even took it a step further and installed one of these units in my 200 sq. ft. shop because of rodent activity , the activity has stopped , no more rodent poop signs. On both units I used the 4 AA batteries to power the units , great value for the dollar and they really work .

Literally the Magic Cat device is blasting down onto the spot where something decided to make a nest (was a squirrel or a vole/rat). Luckily no damage to the vehicle and/or wiring. Had to switch to another method to keep rodents out. :(

I have not installed it yet but I have read the reviews and looked at it on other web sites. It is well built and has good hardware for installation and I like that it is waterproof, I will see how it works for me.

Pesky squirrel decided to nest between the downstairs ceiling and the first floor of our costal above grade home. Darn thing was driving our dog nuts, she knew right were that squirrel was when she was in or out of the house she would fuss and point to its location between the ceiling and the floor. I closed up the hole where it was getting in, it just chewed thru a 2x6 and keep on living there so I bought these and opened up a space through the ceiling and put it in between the joyces. Well a week went by and the dog was telling us the squirrel had ignored our evection notice again. So I opened up the ceiling again to see if this device was still working and it was, however that tree rat had packed insulation very tightly all around it and just moved down the joyce's a bit. As this is a off grade wooden house I guess it feels right at home here.
