The box arrived and as you do, I popped keys in and went out to my car. It opened when I was about 6 inches away from mirrors.I contacted Ironstripe and they replied within 24 hours, asking me to try the putting keys into the pouch that came with it for travel or spare keys. They said the box should stop 100% of the signal. The pouch worked perfectly. They sent a replacement box. Excellent customer service.Box appears sturdy and looks quite nice for a black box! I am very pleased with it.I had bought another make/brand of box which was useless and the car opened when I was still some distance away - clearly not all boxes are made very well!

Fantastic product it appears to block all sorts of signals. Including the AirTags I have attached to my keys.On the day it arrived, I immediately tried this out, I put both sets of keys in the box, and stood right next to my keyless enabled car. And meeting my expectations, the car did not respond. At all.I am so glad that this worked, it has saved me from setting up numerous boobie traps and anything else that could otherwise cause harm to thieves. This box is definitely cheaper than an infrared activated water sprinkler hooked up to a petrol feed, ignition coil and raspberry pi zero. It also looks much better, and unlike my patented thief deterrent, doesn’t rely on electricity either. A true faraday!Every time I do open the box, the AirTags start making the noise to state that they are missing. I’m not sure if this happens whilst they are inside the box. But if they do, it really goes to show how tight the seal is on the box.The box has plenty of room for at-least 4 sets of keys. And it doesn’t look too obvious either.Fantastic value for money. Great investment especially if it means your prized possession isn’t going anywhere.

Bought this quite some time ago but I took it outside today to see if it was still blocking the car signal (some of these with hinges degrade over time and the metal inside breaks making a break in the faraday cage). It still works perfectly, we usually have three bunches in the box with maybe 5-6 keys on, perfect fit!

The box is a good size to contain 2-3 car keys/fobs and is covered a faux leather (plastic) covering. It is well finished off. I would recommend this box as the box shielded the key signals when I tried to open my car, so on that aspect it works well.The only gripe would be the latch on the box. This is clipped underneath a metal protrusion that needs some force (to ensure there is a tight fit on the lid). However the action of getting the latch open is not easy as there is no where to permit a finger or thumb to pull up on the latch to open it. The latch can be opened if you can get you nail underneath the edge of the latch, but it is a bit of a design oversight.

This is an unobtrusive box and fits keys for two cars. Obviously I can’t tell if it works, but cars have remained safe since we purchased the box. Very happy with the item.

After trying multiple pouches, boxes and safe liners that all failed, I was sceptical to say the least.Then I bought this little box and it’s really really good.The signals coming from my car key are really really strong, I put the keys in this box and closed it fully , NOTHING.Literally nothing happened.I tried opening the car door by using the keyless entry button on the doors and boot while the key was in this box and not a single thing happened.I also unlocked the car and reclosed the box once I got in, tried starting the car and again not a thing, the car dash board was saying the key is not in the car.Brilliant product, well built, good quality and does the job and all for £20 ?! What more could you want.

My wife informed me that my car key codes could be cloned by anyone standing outside our home with a laptop computer. She had already seen a Faraday Box demonstrated on a daytime TV programme & suggested I should purchase one. After researching on Amazon I decided to buy the Ironstripe product. I’m very pleased I did as the product works just as described, including the accompanying pouch. If you decide to buy one ensure you store any spare keys in it as well. As for the tightness of the securing clasp referred to by some others, I can assure you that this definitely eases after a few uses. A very reasonably priced product that does exactly what it says on the box!

We have recently bought a new car and realised we would need some form of RFID blocker, this one came top in the Parkers car guide and we are very pleased, it holds 2 keys comfortably and would hold more than 2, it looks like a small jewellery case and sits on our mantelpiece unobtrusively it also came with a travel pouch for out and about.

Cumple con su función perfectamente, la llave no es detectada por el coche si está dentro de la caja, ni dentro de la bolsa que viene también con la caja. La bolsa es un poco engorrosa para llevarla en el bolsillo, pero dentro de una mochila o riñonera va bien y funciona perfectamente. Los productos son de buena calidad.

These products are exactly as advertised. The pouch is a bit small for my fob, but covers enough to stop the doors opening. I use it all the time.

La compre para guardar los mandos de mis dos vehículos que tienen arranque y apertura sin llave. Confirmo que estando con la caja cerrada al lado del vehículo no se abre al acercarte, si esta abierta la tapa si. Tampoco arranca estando las llaves dentro de la caja cerrada.

La pochette fonctionne bien et semble solide. En revanche, la fabrication de la boite est extrêmement sommaire. Les finitions sont mauvaises, la serrure par exemple est grossièrement montée, et ferme difficilement. Cet ensemble de produits n'est pas à la hauteur de sa notation.
