Better than most, but inferior UV and Ionizer
I've tested several dozen air purifiers over the past year or so, and most are absolutely rubbish. The vast majority either lie about their features, or greatly exaggerate. This one is not fancy, but is actually built well and has a genuine HEPA filter in there. They are also up front about the airflow, which is rare (1 air exchange per hour per 450 square feet). The design is pretty good also - it sucks in the front, and blows out the top. The pre-filter (foam) is attached to the filter with velcro, so you can peel it off, wash it, and put it back, extending the life of the disposable filter. However, I have complaints about the UV light and Ionizer. The UV light is very small, and mounted on the left side of the air intake. Any air that passes on the top, bottom, or right will not come close to the UV light. Further, this is a super tiny bulb, so even the air that passes on the left has very little chance of touching the UV light. I'm going to call this feature mostly worthless. The bigger disappointment is the ionizer. It is mounted in front of the fan (you'll have a hard time finding it), and even tinier than the UV bulb. They do not disclose how many anions the unit produces, which should be a red flag. This is obviously a low wattage ionizer - even a small ionizer requires 60-120 watts of electricity, but this unit runs on 60 watts *total*. The power consumption accounts for the fan and the UV light, but this ionizer must only be a couple watts, which is way too small to do anything. You should also be able to smell anions, but I can barely smell it even close up. In my opinion the ionizer is the most important part of an air filter (unless you're by the ocean or high in the mountains). It neutralizes the dust particles in the air so they sink instead of floating around, causing dust and low air quality. For the current asking price ($79), this should have a good ionizer, and also an air quality sensor/indicator. It has neither of those things, so I think it's overpriced. I don't care about the UV light, in these home units they're almost always too small to do any good, so it's a feature I would prefer that they skipped and passed the savings onto the consumer. So this is a nice, quiet air purifier, with a few amenities. However, I can make a more efficient air purifier by taking a box fan and attaching a HEPA furnace filter to it, for under $20. It's fine, it's just lacking the amenities to make it worth the asking price. I would rather see this in the $39-49 range.

So far so good
We have an odd smell (not mold but musty) in one of our rooms and I used this for a 100sqft room, and you can definitely tell a difference. I've also tested it with a 2nd room at 400sqft and it helps with us having cats! We haven't had it but a week now, so I can try to remember to update down the road! However my dad has allergies to all types of things and he swears by this brand. He is literally allergic to his dogs but cannot, in his heart, get rid of them because of the allergies so he keeps this on (their bigger sized one) but he swears by their heppa filter!

Good quality in a small unit
We have had an InvisiClean air purifier in our master bedroom for years and love it. When we needed to convert our junk room into a guest bedroom we wanted another one from this brand. We chose the smaller unit because of its size. It works just as well as the other one we’ve had.My only issue is that the noise level is very loud on the higher setting. Not sure anything can be done about that in the manufacturing process but the low setting has an acceptable level.Highly recommended.

Very Effective Air Purifier- Not Strong UV Or Ionizer, But Decent
I have a bedroom that needs to be painted badly. The only time we can do it is this winter. That means I won't be able to open the windows most days, so I will need to have the air clean as the paint cures beyond the first day. This was my choice for that purpose.HOW THIS COMESThis came double boxed and well packed. There is a plastic bag around the filters, so be sure to take all of that off before using it. The manual is clear and easy to read.FRONT COVERThe front cover is magnetic so when you pick up the unit, there is a handle area in the back to carry it from.TOPAll of the controls are touch. You simply touch them and they engage. It works very well and easily.NOISEThe noise is perfect. If you want it silent, it has a very quiet mode. Even the medium is quiet and you can barely hear it. For the highest speed, it works for white noise which I LIKE at night or when I need to sleep.LIGHTSThe lights are blue and bright, but if you want to sleep, you simply press one of the buttons (ION UV) for several seconds and the lights go off but the unit still runs.TIMERThe timer works great. Sometimes I just want to run the unit while I am out of the room during the day for a short while and this makes it so I don't forget to turn it off.EFFECTIVE?I found this unit very effective in cleaning the air. When using the ion and UV units the air does seem lighter and the room does seem fresher. If you are REALLY into the UV light, however, this has a small one, so it is not going to be industrial strength. I did find that strong smells are taken care of with this from kitchen or even cleaners in the other rooms that drifted in.THE BOTTOM LINEThis air purifier is easy to use, has a great selection of air flow, and easy controls too. I love the timer, and all of the features work well for the small bedroom I am using this for.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I also like that the replacement filters are not crazy expensive for this unit which is part of why I chose it. I also like that it is US based. I have not painted the room yet, but the way this has worked so far, I am confident it will help a lot as the paint cures the first week.

Great Air Purifier For Small Room
Don't let the size fool you! This little air purifier takes care of all the virus, dust, pollen, dander, and odor in the air. The purifier is easy to set up and get running. This would have been top of my list 10 years ago, however in the age we live in now I can't unfortunately say that. Missing are all the bells and whistles now found common on air purifiers: No remote control, no voice control, no timer. Now that I am used to such technology it's hard to go back to something like this.
