Excellent GF Pasta
This is the best gf pasta we’ve had! I’ve ordered it a few times now and the taste is not grainy or gritty like other gf pastas I’ve had. I definitely recommend it.

Not cheap but available
While all gluten free food is more expensive than it should be, I have had trouble finding gluten free orzo at the grocery. It is expensive, but at least you can get it online.

I've really missed orzo since being GF. This is very tasty and holds up well. Does not turn to mush like other brands tend to.

It does the job
It’s hard to find small shapes of gf pasta so I was excited when I saw this was available. It’s actually pretty tasty and has very little after taste. I may have cooked it slightly too long the first time or not drained the water completely, and let it sit too long — so it was slightly gummy. I didn’t have this problem the second time. It’s a good find and I hope they continue to produce it because it’s not a widely available shape. Not sure I’ve ever seen another brand produce it. This is my first DeLallo product and I might try more.

Great gluten free
We love this .. it's hard to find gluten free pasta that isn't awful. Cooks great, no gummy or crumbly at all.
