Good product and great price
I need a backup laptop because my Macbook has some keyboard issues to be repaired. This one I bought works perfectly. I don't play lots of games but I am quite satisfied with the quality of the product that I received. It's also packaged well and taking its price into account, I would recommend buying one. It handles my daily works better than I thought. I did some light coding tasks with Python everyday and I am surprised that my scripts run smoothly...

Batteries swolen and dangerous, teclast refuses to offer product support
I initially liked the product, i own 2 other teclast tablets and got this laptop because it's a good price for the hardware that's included, the laptop has been great until recently the battery is swolen and turned into a spicy pillow so to speak. It's a dangerous situation and i reached out to teclast support, they gave the run around about reaching out to the Amazon support team instead of there company's support system, well there is no way to do that, in the email there is some instruction telling me to go to a link on the product page to ask a question about this product, well thats not even an option. Disappointed not so much by the battery issue but more so with there lack to stand by the product and help me replace the battery. Bad product and terrible customer service, i get it batteries go bad sometimes but i did not leave it plugged in all the time and it still happened, the company should help me replace the battery not lie to me and disregard, i own multiple teclast devices and will probably never buy Chinese garbage again. This is my moms Amazon account.

Excellent Computer
I recently purchased a Teclast F15S computer. I am very happy with its overall performance . It was much more than I had expected especially at this price point. Customer service is exceptional. They responded promptly when I had a question regarding warranty. I highly recommend this computer and company.

Great Quality; Lacks in Some Areas
Bought this laptop for my mom. It's not very powerful, but it's great for what she needs: zoom, small processor jobs, youtube.Pros: - fast - nice, bright screen - large size screen - keyboard feels good - trackpad works well - gets small jobs doneCons: - have to hold the power button for about 6 seconds to turn it on. sometimes it does. sometimes it doesn.t - audio is really low. have to download software to boost the audio above 100% - cannot be upgraded to windows 11 (not a deal breaker)

Lo que más me gusta es la ligereza de su diseño, hasta ahora la siento eficiente, sus procesos son rápidos desde el encendido hasta la reproducción streaming y programas básicos.Sus puertos son justos para su uso, muy interesante que incluya un puerto TF para evitar el molesto adaptador SD de memorias. En general se precibe su calidad, vale su precio

Problema con micrófono al instalar Windows11
La laptop es muy rápida, excelente resolución, a no ser porque el micrófono falló luego de instalar windows 11, hice reseteo de fábrica y funcionó bien, pero al correr actualizaciones volvió a fallar desafortunadamente fue luego de cerrarse la opción de devolución de Amazon. Busqué solución con el fabricante y no tienen controlador para solucionar esto, traté de devolver y pues al no tener oficina en México se dificulta mucho pues no quieren absorber el costo del envío. Busque aplicar garantía de la A a la Z con Amazon y pues dicen que no aplica en este caso, así es que mejor busquen un artículo que esté respaldado por un fabricante con oficina en México para que no les pase lo mismo.
