Arrived damaged but I couldn’t be bothered to return and managed to bodge it together with glue. Looks good in the drawer and fits a decent amount of cutlery in it

I had some issue with the product but customer service took wonderful care of this problem.

This item would still do the job I'm sure but it arrived with 2 areas poorly fitted and the longest vertical divider was warped at the bottom where it met the small horizontal tray. I did look at numerous sellers/ providers of these before buying and this wasn't quite the cheapest out there, however it is probably worth spending more on a better quality product so that's what I will do.Didn't bother to unwrap it, just repackaged and returned.

Unfortunately the item is broken, it's too pricey for this low quality.I would recommend to everyone be careful when it's buying it.

Thinking of returning this but it is such a hassle.

Read reviews it was 50/50… item arrived well packaged no damage… opened box pulled out the bamboo organiser and it literally fell apart, really flimsy and wood split on side
