Love it!
Iโm a pediatric OT and am always looking for new activities. This book had a ton for me. I was very surprised to see so many new things after having been a therapist for over 20 years. Canโt wait to get started on some of these new moves!

Plethora of Activities in a Tiny Package
this is a handy size if you are a mobile therapist or work itinerant. there were sound activities targeting Sensory, Perceptual, and Visual skillsets. The book is leveled from beginner through advanced activities. There is a helpful chart for designing your own In Sync movements from Creeping to Leaping to Wiggling organized by Direction (forward, backward, at target...), Level (high, medium, or low), Pathway (straight, zig zag, ect), Tempo (slow to fast), Audio (soft or loud), and Enhancements. Activities say "What You Need" at the top then "What You Do" below that with pics. love the simplicity of the grab and go pace of schools, perfect addition to my counseling kit.

For Young Children
Activities are good for little ones. I bought this because I thought I read that there were activities for older kids. However, none of the activities seem to be geared towards older age groups.

Great Card book
Great Card book. You can look on the back of the page and see what target therapy it supports, proprioceptive, vestibular, etc.
