Fox Run 5829 Spiral Spring Whisk, 10" Silver Stainless Steel, Medium

When I first reviewed this I gave it just three stars and complained of the coil slipping. Now I own two and I LOVE this tool. It makes me sigh if I reach for one and they're BOTH in the dishwasher dirty. :( Yes, the coil slips around and I still feel that's a design flaw. However, this is just such a wonderful tool for sauces and scrambling eggs and so many things. It just makes life easier and works better than a fork because you can really get the bottom of the pan or bowl better with this whisk. I saw that someone had marked my review as helpful for this item when it still had three stars. I felt bad that someone might have passed up this gem because of my hasty review. So, since Amazon does not have a search feature for your reviews (grrrrr... -- if anybody knows of one, please tell me) I just spent the last fifteen minutes of my time as an act of pennace searching through years of reviews to find this review and write it the proper lofy one it deserves. And so now I have set this right.Nigella set me onto this. I know the Barefoot Contessa says she doesn't buy gadgety things that only do one or two tasks and blah blah preachy blah. I love Ina, she rocks, but I bet she secretly has one of these hidden in her kitchen drawer, tucked waaaay back, out of sight and she secretly uses it all the time and LOVES it!!!! It's just really nice to have and I'm sure Ina would agree. Buy one for your mom and sister and bestie and Ina and anybody else you think might enjoy one.

Good quality and useful size.

I saw a YouTuber using these little whisks and immediately headed to Amazon to see if I could find one. I have purchased other Fox Run products in the past so there was no question which brand I was going to order. (There were tons to choose from, all the same size/shape)It's a great little whisk and does the job. The only thing I don't like is the folded metal part, it seems that food can get trapped in there and rust after a while. I guess I will just have to be sure to clean it really well and put it into a warm oven to dry completely. No biggie, I do this with all my kitchen stuff that's made of this material. I have cheap cookie cutters, crumpet rings, etc. that should have rusted long ago but since I put them in a warm oven after I wash them by hand, I've never had this problem. Take care of your kitchen stuff and it will last a lifetime!

I've been looking for a mini whisk to scramble eggs and such . . . should have known one would be available from Amazon! Just do not enjoy real shopping so Amazon is a 'go to' for me. This is sturdier and a much better quality than expected. Fox Run offers any size from ex-large to tiny. I use these for mixing something every day. The hang loop gives multiple storage solutions. I use a wooden (folding type) rack for dish washing so I added a small cup hook for easy access.Accurate images and product description.I haven't had any problems described in some of the reviews (in use for four months) . . . no rust, no metal flecks and they haven't fallen apart! My son thought they were a fun addition to his bar implements. He hasn't had any problems either. Durable enough to fluff scramble 2 eggs for an omelet, mix powered milk and salad dressing. The product description does indicate that they are the same size and metal is listed as stainless steel. They are just what I needed!A fun gift option for chef type friends/family!

This is nice to have and use but totally unnecessary. I can use a fork just as quickly and affectivity. And the fork cleans up faster.

They’re whisks. Useful for eggs and meringues but not for cakes.

These actually collapse when stirring. They don’t stay round and sturdy. I’m ok with it because it works for my formulations when mixing.

Perfect size for smaller jobs, these are not cheap feeling or flimsy and being able to hang them on a hook keeps them within reach (I use a little command hook on the fridge) the largest of them is the perfect size to whisk a pancake batter or gravy/sauce without making a spattered mess. I'd buy them again.

Tiene buen tamaño, son perfectos para uso barista, bebidas cortas e incorporar prqueñas cantidades. Me sirvieron completamente y se lavan muy fácilmente.

Sirven bien pero no son tan firmes como parecía.
