I'm now a full believer in magnesium helping with rest and sleep. This powder is truly tasteless, and I mix it in sleepytime tea almost every night before bed. When I do not use this product, my sleep is not as restful. I have a magnesium supplement pill as well that I will use sometimes if I don't drink tea, but I prefer this powder mixed right before bed. Will definitely be buying again when I run out

I wanted to try this unflavored version, as I was having to choke down the lemon one I had been drinking before. I was excited to mix it in with a cup of tea or something before bed. However, the "unflavored" definitely has a strong, sour flavor to it.

Great before bed. Relaxes the central nervous system - so promotes a deeper, calmer sleep. Also it help to feel calmer during the day to aid getting more done in. I would really recommend this for anyone looking to feel more naturally relaxed and any daily body aches calming too.

I can't use the artificial sweetener, so I love the fact that I can use the product without getting sick.

It doesn't dissolve all the way and there is calcium chunks for the bottom of every cup.

I sleep great when I use this. The only downfall is the taste but it tolerable. I typically use this at night with warm water before I know it, I’m extremely relaxed. I highly recommend
