My Guru
Sadhguru is a gift for all human beings, for those that are seekers, those that want to be responsible for their own balance of mind, body, emotions and inner energies. We are all one, individuality is an illusion that helps to feed our own psychological dramas. His effort to help every human being to learn how to find inner harmony in order to find and follow their own paths is a living miracle that can help us revert the great disaster we have created in our planet.I have bought several paperback books and they are a great compilation of his talks and interviews, you can also find videos on internet with the same beautiful and powerful messages.

Deeper aspects of life ...
This book is for anyone who wants to explore the deeper aspects of ourselves and as a human-being .I have read so many books about our mind ,but this one explains in lay-men terms simple and straight .This explains from a spiritual perspective which makes it more sense to approach such a subject for a commoner.

Not a good read, poorly written
I was disappointed in this book, though Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev seemed promising when I saw him on a recent documentary I watched about spirituality. I am sorry to say that my opinion of him and his arcanely stated philosophy has dropped quite low. I found very little value in this book, which has chronic repetition and is not even remotely well written. One can quickly see that the author, though well-meaning, has a very poor grasp of the English language and perhaps due to that or the philosophy itself, he offers confusing and vague advice to the questions posed by others in his book. Along my path of enlightenment, this was one of the least enjoyable or educational books I've encountered. You are better off reading books by Thich Nhat Hahn, Pema Chodron, Jack Kornfield, Joe Goldstein, Ajahn Chah or Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Fair
Had I known it’s one of the same videos I’ve watched online. It’s very helpful but it’s simple at the same time.
