I did not recieve instructions woth my barrel. Is there someplace i can get them online?

One of the barrels says it's 5l or 1 gallon. but a gallon is 3.78 l. so, which size is it?

Barrels are not precise in size because each piece of wood (each stave) is different in curve and thickness, and therefore each barrel can have size/capacity variation. It is a 5L barrel, but it will not hold exactly 5L or exactly 1 gallon.
