Really felt it the first few times with tingles. Super easy to use. The kit is perfect for me. I use the long mat to sleep on and it's a very pleasantly comforting feeling. I fall asleep faster and deeper. Using it bare skin is better. It needs to be used consistently and need be patient with yourself. I also use it for centering myself after a hectic day as well as to deepen meditation practice.

This product is easy to use. I move the grounding mat around the house and use it every day.

I ordered this kit because it's winter. We have a large yard covered with green grass even in winter, but it's too cold to go earthing outdoors.I used the kit twice and everything seemed to be OK. Then, out of curiosity I decided to run one of tests for a whole set of products. The first time I got a solid green light, but when I decided to run the test two hours later, the light flashed and went off. The instructions clearly state the light must be solid.I usually sleep well, but after using the mat ONCE for 30 minutes I slept even better than usual.I am returning the kit due to the failed test.I will be waiting for Spring to arrive. Nothing compares to Mother Nature and Mother Nature doesn't need to be tested.

It actually does work and in one night!! The pain I went to bed with (back, shoulder, knee) was all gone in the morning, by evening it was back - so I just use it every night. Someday I think the pains will be gone permanently.
