I only just got my derma roller and used it once so I can't speak much on effectiveness. Regardless, I already feel like it's making a difference bc after use on my hairline, I could literally even see the veins across my edges pulsing from a blood rush...which is exactly what I need to stimulate hair growth. I ordered the 0.5mm (I'm a beginner and a baby when it comes to pain threshold), but it's not even that bad. I don't feel pain when I use the roller, just slight pricks that go away within minutes of use.But I really just had to come say that the customer service is excellent! The product is delivered in practical and handy for after-use packaging. I get email responses from the team within minutes almost every time, and it is always extremely helpful and polite.

I've used a good amount of derma rollers in the past but this is particularly the best I've used. It last longer than the ones I've used; I use this for beard growth, so it's nice that I don't have to keep going out a buying new ones as frequently. Definitely a well-made derma roller.

This works well for spots in your beard, but you have to be rough with it, don't be gentle like they tell you. It has to be slightly painful. You'll know you're doing it right when the skin looks a bit raw when you slightly burn it. The skin will heal back with new hair. I would have taken before and after but didn't think this would work. The roller it's easy to use, comfortable to use too, came with micro spine in the roller that help to open the pores, if you press to hard will hurt.

While this is a cheaper roller, it does the job as well as other rollers. I wish it had a better case for storage as it doesn’t stay together unless it’s just sitting on a counter (not good for travel). I do like at these as a consumable item, much like a toothbrush; clean with alcohol and replace occasionally.

Tried it. It has tiny pins that stimulate your scalp. I'm always looking for ways to keep my hair, because I've it's gone, it's not coming back. I'll update if it helps.

I have using this Derma Roller for a couple of months now, and seeing is believing! I have been using it on my scalp where I was beginning to lose some of my hair around the crown area, and along with a 5% Minoxidil solution I am seeing my hair return little by little! You just need to be patient and stick to it the plan. I don''t know if it will work for everyone but it's definetely working for me.
