Very comfortable and Well finished product
This is a very comfortable and well made product. Excellently designed with high quality materials. Pls buy without hesitation. It is good value for money and requires no assembly. Will suit most standard office tables.

Chair broke with around a year of use
The chair was comfortable, with side hand rests. Was being used daily. But what's the point because its broken now. After a year of use, the bottom cushion support broke. The side hand rests look like a cat has scratched it without mercy. Won't go for this brand again.

Robust, comfortable, I like it!
Almost 2 months in, haven't found anything to complain about this chair! I have used the chair almost everyday, and found it extremely comfortable. 2 months is arguably too short to judge durability, but the chair seems to bear my (a tad over average) weight with equanimity. I am definitely more satisfied with this piece of furniture than the two of its predecessors of more reputed brands purchased at higher costs!

Decent enough for the price
Good looking, sturdy frame and comfortable to seat on. Very good customer service. As mentioned in other comments also, the anti-skid bracket will not last long, though they sent replacement brackets within a week free of charge.Overall, a decent chair that can be used for office/study. A separate lumber support is recommended

Looks good and strong. Leather is fine. Sitting is not at all good for long time .Height less. Due to height and uncomfortable sitting for long time requested for return. Almost one week till now nobody came to collect. Mail stating shortly on suitable date for collection
