Bungee cord? What bungee cord? This is great! Won't use anything else. Easy to hook up and super easy to adjust. Just enough stretch to keep everything tight. Bought a second set, too.

I bought these to go with my Topeak rear rack and because I wanted to try something other than bungee cords.My rack sits too close to my saddle, so the Topeak rack bags can't be fully secured onto my rack. Instead, I loop a ROK strap through the handle. Works like a charm, I've been able to carry some groceries this way.The brand's website lists all the different strap colors and sizes. "Commuter" is the smallest so it may not hold down individual items larger than a duffle bag, but it can hold down larger bags or crates if it has something you can loop through. I'd recommend the next largest size if you're carrying oversized loads.One concern I have is the length seems a little too easy to adjust. I worry the strap will loosen when I ride on a bumpy road, though it hasn't happened. I wonder if the elastic part of the strap absorbs the bumps instread. I also would like to see them use metal buckles in the future, for increased durability.

Smaller than what i thought i ordered (double check size), but awesome product. Durable and dependable, better than bungees for sure.

These are great. More secure than a traditional bungee but still offer a little stretch to keep things tight on the back of the bike.
