I really loved this cape until I used it to bleach/color a clients hair. Unfortunately the box doesn’t say which side to use for cutting or coloring and I, in error, assumed the one that felt a little glossier which was the burgundy side, was to be used for the coloring service. Now my cape is ruined! I did check the box and even tried to google which side to use, asked 2 other cosmetologist which side they thought I should use, and after finding nothing online to help, I picked the wrong side. This was my first time using a reversible cape, and I’ve learned a valuable lesson. Otherwise, the cape is awesome! Just a few extra printed words on the box would have avoided this all and I would have been a 5 Star happy customer.

I only use Betty Dain capes at the hair salon because they are the most professional products on the market in my opinion. Easy to clean and they last forever and still look great wash after wash!

They are nice and big! They work pretty good for chemical processing. The buttons are great! They fit all necks . ☺️

I love the snaps and the fact they are reversible. They do better by not outing them in the dryer. Would definitely recommend.

I was worried about this cape because I bought a gold colored one that was very similar and the hair sticks to it like glue! It's only good for one haircut and you have to wash it. This one seems to be of the same material yet when I tried it at work I didn't have that problem. Only used it once though so it's a bit early to tell.

Bought this to cut my husbands hair. I Needed a longer cape since he is 6' 3". This cape covers the whole front of him! The snap closure is great too. When I'm done I just shake it in the wind and fold it back up. It seems slightly expensive but Amazon's price beat everyone else, and the material is thick and seems like it will hold up for a long time. I would recommend this cape!

I had to look pretty hard to find a salon cape on Amazon that provided coverage in the back as well as in the front. While the back isn't completely covered, it's covered enough so that hair slides right off with very little of it sticking to my husband's clothes.

Decent cape for the price. I wouldn't say it would stand the test of time in a professional setting, however, I'll only be using it for personal use.Fits well. Good number of snaps on the neck line to find a nice snug fit.
