Hard to get on, glad to get them off, but they work!
I have some problems getting these things on, since they don't stretch all that much, but that's the point of the things. And when I get home from work, I sure am glad to get them off. But the box says that they help relieve tiredness and other problems in the legs and feet, and that they do very well. I notice that my feet don't hurt as bad with them as they did using regular socks. And the reason that my podiatrist recommended them - swollen ankles - are better by some but not all the way.One annoyance I have from these is that I'm not all that tall, and they are about 2-3" too long for me, and the top of them sits under my knee and is somewhat irritating. That's the main reason I am glad to get them off in the evening. At the price of nearly $40 a pair, I sure don't look forward to continuing to buy them, but will probably do so. To make them last as long as possible, I wash them separately (no fabric softner, just like they say on the box), and then I air dry them to avoid the heat of the dryer.

Good fit
Measure and order based on measurements at midday as fluid retention will effect the sizing. If you measure before getting up these socks may be too hard to don. Color and weight are good for summer.

They Wont Stay Up Like My Others
These knee high compression sox fall down several times per hour! I cant walk around a small block without having to pull them up 3 or 4 times! They look and feel of very good quality but wont stay up. Any edema I may have bunches up at the ankle when they have fallen increasing edema to a scar from a previous venous leg ulcer and it becomes painful like it's going open again when this happens. I have several pairs of compression sox, the other brand found in most drugstores I use them a lot and they slip a bit but are perfect compared to these. Maybe it's my anatomy ? I cant recommend these. Update 7/18/ 2015 - The Jobst total satisfaction guarantee shown on the package is a joke. I went to their website and requested my money back quite a while back and haven't got any response at all - nothing. Actually, ever since wearing these Jobst compression sox I have swollen and painful veins at the top crease of my foot exactly where the compression sox fell down and bunched up. Now it hurts to wear my older compression sox and that was never an issue before!

6'5" tall and they stayed up on 11 hour flight
Purchased for flight to/from UK. I'm tall and they stayed in place for the entire flight. They are not too difficult to put on if you follow directions about turning them inside out androlling up your legs.

15-20 mmHg XL
