How is it lactose free with whey protein?

Protein2o products all contain whey protein isolate (milk) but the lactose has been removed through a purification process. Please note that while Protein2o products are lactose free, they do contain dairy (milk) and would not be suitable for individuals with a dairy or milk allergy.

How's the coconut and the strawberry watermelon? They taste good or not so much?

The strawberry watermelon is ok I have not tried coconut. My perfered taste is the cherry and grape I find these more tasteful then all the others I've tried

Is it hydrolyzed protein?

No, it's whey protein. All the flavors I've tried are delicious. The ones with caffeine are a little much in my opinion.
