This works great and has plenty of room which I was originally worried about. The cold storage area for your food is plenty large enough and the small ice blocks that they send with it do a great job at keeping your food cold. I have only had my food in it for around 4 or 5 hours but it always keeps it cold. The containers that they include are actually really good. I was not expecting much out of them but they are a great size, lock very well and are made with thick enough plastic to be comfortable putting it in my Hot Logic Mini for a couple of hours with no issue. The added shaker cup is also nice and is good as any other shaker cup you buy. My only negatives about this item is that the top pouch is a little small for my liking. I like them to be a little larger to hold snacks but this one does not expand and if you have something that you don't want crushed (chips or something like that) then you won't want to put them in it. I just use the shaker cup area for that type of stuff since I don't carry that around in the bag. Otherwise it has been great so far and the strap is also nice and has a huge adjustment.

I love the idea and the containers. It looks sturdy and good but.. it came to me with all this white stuff on it.. I don't understand what this is. I've tried rinsing it but it came back once it dried..Edit:After having the bag for a while, I want to update that I have actually continued using the meal prep bag. It is sturdy, holds everything I need, and keeps everything insulated very well. I also use the containers EVERY day. They are wonderful: they lock securely, are the perfect size for my mini fridge, and are easy to hand wash. It has been incredibly convenient for me. It is unfortunate that it was received in bad condition, but that did not have an effect on the utility of the bag.Furthermore, I was contacted and compensated for the issue I had with the bag, which was greatly appreciated. The bag is good, it was just a problem somewhere along the pipeline, and that doesn't make the bag any less worthwhile of a purchase.

I've had this bag for a little over a week and I've been carrying it as a hand bag. I just got on the train and the handle just popped out of no where. Now I have to inconveniently carry this bag awkwardly throughout my day. Now I'm working a double shift (7:45-24:00). I was okay with the bag until this happened. For $25.00+ I believe a lunch bag should last longer than a month let alone a week. I've had Safeway bags last longer than this.UPDATE: I just wanted to share with guys Melissa from Prep Naturals is the best! She was kind enough to reach out to me after my review and ask if there was anything she could do to better my experience. I asked if she could send another bag and she sent it without hesitation. She followed up with me and me updated and informed me throughout the entire process. This is what I like to call 'exceptional customer service'! I'm a huge fan of customer service based on my experience as a consumer and employee. Melissa definitely went out her way to provide such service so I want to send a special shoutout to her and Prep Naturals. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Keep up the great work guys!
