Flymo EasiMow Electric Rotary Lawn Mower

I noticed around full moon the artificial grass in my garden appeared to look longer, but only ever so slightly each time. I thought I was going mad at first but I put fixed a stake in the ground and over a period of 12 months it had grown 1cm. Apparently the gravitational pull from the moon extends the length of the grass blades by incremental amounts with a total average of 1-2cm growth in length per year. I purchased this and set it at the lowest setting and it’s done a fantastic job. I bought some green fencing paint together with a roller and the artificial grass now looks brand new. Will do the same treatment on an annual basis to keep it looking perfect. Would strongly recommend for anyone thinking their artificial grass needs jazzing up and yes - it does grow each year, particularly if your garden is west facing where the gravitational pull of the moon is strongest. TIP - you can collect the trimmings, melt it down and turn the melted plastic into garden furniture. I’ve got just enough to make a small side table so will take a couple of years to get enough plastic to make a relaxer chair but as it’s essentially free so I don’t mind waiting.

Much lighter and easier to manage than the 14 year old one I'm replacing. Although the grass box isn't as big it's compensated by the size and that it has a much shorter cut. All in all I'm very pleased with the product.

Worthy the money

This Flymo mower is nice and light compared to my old mower. It took half the time to mow my lawn and gave a good cut.
