Q: Do i need underlayment on this liner i bought

You should always use and underlayment no matter the thickness

Q: are there seams in the 10x12 liner?

Yes, just checked and there are two seams in the liner, but these two seams are very well bonded together, seamlessly & not too much noticeable.

Q: Can I use this Epdm 45 mil to slope water drainage for the 1" wide foundation area? What to do for the seams when overlapping the adjacent pieces?

This company may sell larger material. The liner was good quality. I would not recommend seaming liners in the field unless you work with them everyday and have the best equipment to perform such a task. If this company does not offer larger or custom liners there are companies that can make just about anything you can design. All sizes and thickness, holes to accomdate piping and etc. They seam and warranty the seam and liner. Typically they are close in square footage price to even these more affordable liners. If needed do an internet search under custom liners.

Q: would this work as a liner for a leaky Snorkel hot tub?

Depends on how bad the leak is... I would patch the leak, and than use the liner
