This cover (neck contour sling 19" x 27") has pocket?

The 'pocket' is a pouch the same size as the neck/shoulder hot pack that fits inside. It has a flap closure. I guess you could say that the pocket IS the item.

I don't think it would slide, But if it gets too wet maybe. But I use mine on my sofa and in bed.

How often should this be cleaned?

Treat like any other wearable cloth item, unless shared, than more often. I recommend two.

Which of the two standard covers (19 x 27 or 17 x 27) is best fo the chattanooga 1004 hotpac hydrocollator moist heat, oversize (15' x 24')?

I’ve never used the oversized pack, but I think that I would go with the 19x27.
