Tiene una buena construcción, se ve robusta, y el funcionamiento es tan sencillo como la mecánica de un chupete.Si bien lo puedes usar con flashes que usen lámpara de modelado halógena E27, como estas lámparas suelen ser muy largas, al hacer la foto con el concentrador te dejará una zona oscura en el centro de la luz. Para evitarlo tienes tres opciones:- Quitas la luz de modelado, lo que complicará mucho configurar la luz.- Quitas el cristal protector de la lámpara incandescente de la luz de modelado (¡¡ALERTA, ESO ES PELIGROSO, QUIEN LO HAGA QUE LO HAGA BAJO SU PROPIA RESPONSABILIDAD!!). De este modo desaparece el oscurecimiento central de la foto sin necesidad de quitar la luz de modelado PERO INSISTO EN QUE ES PELIGROSO Y QUE QUIEN LO HAGA. LO HAGA BAJO SU PROPIA RESPONSABILIDAD.- Usar un flash con luz de modelado LED.Eso sí, necesitas un flash potente para sacarle un buen rendimiento. Yo uso flashes de 300ws y en ocasiones tengo que acercarlo demasiado al objeto que quiero fotografiar porque si lo alejo demasiado la luz llega muy débil, lo que me obliga a subir ISO para no tenerlo que acercar tanto.Viene con 16 gobo que dan bastante juego, aunque echo en falta que de apertura variable.También incluye filtros de colores que aunque son intersantes para algunas fotos, hace que pierdas aun más potencia, por lo que si los usas, es aun más necesario un flash con mucha potencia (sin haberlo probado, creo que para ir bien necestiarías no menos de 600ws para empezar a sacarle un verdadero provecho).

I bought this to dip my toe into gobos and beam lighting. I use it with my AD400 Pro strobe, as well as my Aputure 300D COB continuous LED. Both take a Bowens mount and this works exceptionally well. The lens allows you to focus and defocus the projected light, and when it's in focus it is extremely sharp!The colour gels are nice too, no chance of melting when used with continuous lighting! It's not obvious at first but you have to unscrew the lens thread to slot the gels in there. They don't go in with the gobo on the tray.Overall super happy with this, the variety of gobos is fantastic and if I wanted to make more I could do so myself!
