I recently complained that I could not get a response for warranted coverage. That all changed recently when I made a call to LUXPRO offices. I was told that one of their representatives would contact me shortly. I was contacted and asked several questions to establish the problem with the flashlight. The next day I was told to pay 4.00 shipping and a new unit will be sent. That is how business should be handled. Thanks LUXPRO.

Have had this item for about 2 weeks now...it is very comfortable to hold...it throws a very bright light in front of my wife and I when we walk our dark and unlit neighborhood streets at night. The batteries gave out a week after we bought it but those were the batteries that came with the item when we bought it off the shelf. Have now replaced the batteries with Duracell...we shall see.So far...we are very pleased with this small but powerful flashlight. It is perfect for our needs.So Far...So Good

Paid $30 for this lemon. Worked intermittantly with good bright light, but half the time wouldn’t light up at all. Eventually quit altogether with almost no use. Multifunction switch goes bad as 6v DIRECTLY to the LED still lights it up. Would not recommend AT ALL!!
