These tabs actually work!
I have a toy poodle that I rescued when she was 5 years old. She came to me with horrible tear stains (previously owners did not groom her as needed). Since I had used these tabs on my prior poodle (who passed away at 17), I tried these again. Her tear stains cleared up in weeks and I continue to give one to her every day. These are the beef ones, but I have also used the chicken ones and they work just as well.

Works as advertised
Works great to keep tear stains from collecting on my mostly white dogs face. My dog is tiny, so I cut them in half.

Maybe these work?
I can't tell for sure if these are helping my dogs tear stains because I'm also using topical treatments, but his paws look a little less stained and he enjoys the taste.

Seems to be working well with my Maltese after only 2 weeks
I was a bit doubtful this product or any supplement would work on the tear stains. A friend who breeds Cotons suggested this product to me . I was skeptical after I saw the reviews stating that the product no longer worked after the low dose antibiotic was removed. (But I really didn’t want him on a daily antibiotic anyway) My Maltese is 16 months old and well passed teething. He’s been on these chews now for 18 days and I have to say that the tear staining problem has massively improved. For those of you battling this I offer these other tips to try in addition to the chews: washing undereye zone with SpaLavish (sold on Amazon), spot treating with hydrogen peroxide on a Q tip (obviously being careful to keep it out of the eye and only on the stained fur). I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this continues to work. For now I’m so grateful to find something that helps my cute little fluff look cute rather than look like he’s been in a fist fight.

Disappointed
Angel Eyes used to work a lot better a few years ago. Now it is just a glorified treat.

Give Them Time to Work!
It helps clear the tears from my dogs eyes. Yes, it does take a few weeks to show results. If you expect this to clear away the stains already on the facial hair you aren't very smart. You can trim the stained hair in the beginning if you want and then you'll see the difference a little sooner. When I started using them I gave my dog a double dose because she was right on the line of 1 and 2 per day (14 lbs). I began with 2 per day then switched to 1 per day after about 2 weeks. They will work if you give them a chance, not as well as the old powder but they do work.Update: 7/30/18I recently received a jar that is a completely different type of product. I can see that this must be the new type everyone is talking about. The pieces are larger and have a completely different odor. I will have to give them some time to see if they work the same or not. I will update after I have given them some more time.

Not the same product from years past
I used Angel Eyes for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in 2010. It worked well and her tear stain issue was resolved. I did not read many reviews before purchasing for my new Cavalier. I’ve given her this product, daily, since March and it has not yielded the same results. After some research, it seems that the active ingredient that worked in 2010 is missing from this product. Don’t waste your money. Learn from my mistake of not researching first!

It works!
My daughter bought this for my Morkie because she had terrible drainage from her eyes. So I started giving her one a day. She seemed to like the taste as she would come over and wait for me to give it to her. I went through half the jar and really didn't notice much of a difference and was a little disappointed. Then, wow, all of a sudden it got better. I am on my second jar and there is no discharge at all. She looks like a totally different dog without those black lines under her eyes to her nose. Awesome product!
