I had hip surgery in June, and I used this roller initially to help work on desensitizing my scar. Now I roll out my hamstrings and quads and it's great. Rolls easily, perfect size, very versatile.

I bought this not realizing the rollers are hard plastic. I’m recovering from a total knee replacement and I got it to massage the knee area and surrounding muscles to aid healing and these cog shaped hard plastic rollers are painful on the sensitive joint area.The product itself is sturdy and well-made so I don’t want to give it a bad review. It just isn’t what I needed for my specific purpose.It is probably fine for soft tissue massage (as in liposuction), but for the sensitive incision and implant area it’s kind of painful! 🙁

Works as described for muscle relief

This was bought as a lymphedema roller but although solid and sturdy the actual roller material was too firm and hard for comfort.

I like the ease of use over all parts of the body.
