These are so useful I cannot tell you. Ideal for salads, pasta stews and anything you either want onion flavour in or as a crunchy topping for any meal. I originally bought them to make cheese and onion bread in my bread maker but now keep in a jar with a spoon for constant use 😉.

Tasty but calorific...
Great taste and very versatile BUT high in calories so don't be tempted to use this instead of raw onions in all your cooking unless your hips can afford the extra luggage.
