The parts worked great. The handle was loose when I first started but once I installed the parts the handle was tight.

The price is right. You tube it and it's easy install. Fits our Moen kitchen faucet just fine.

How to disasseble is not obvious if you did not install the original faucet (for us it was from previous owner).The kit provide schematic on how to do, if you have not figure it out.Kit also provide the right hex wrench (SAE 3/32 if I remember correctly).This fit perfectly and will give an extra 10~15 years of life to this faucet.(For the price, I bought 2 kit. So if it happens again I will be able fix right away)Note: in the meantime, if the plastic connector broke, this can an be temporary fix with a few layers of narrow electrical tape (to recreate the hook the latch onto the metal bar). You will have to disassemble the handle, but was working for me until I receive the replacement kit...Oh and pay attention on how the cartridge is positioned, you may inadvertently reverse the hot and cold when unscrewing the plastic from the cartridge.

Handle on my Moen kitchen faucet stopped working. Was loose and could not stop water running. Was about to replace the faucet. The black plastic ring was broken and very easy to install. Now working like new !

Only needed the plastic connector, but wasn't upset that we got a couple extra parts, especially for the price. Only had it installed 1 day, but so far it's working perfectly. Comes with rudimentary instructions, good enough for me though, no hand holding needed here.

This is a Moen product of high quality. Took me a bit to figure out but solved the broken faucet problem. Tried to order it from Moen; customer service told me it didn't exist.

This kit saved me the cost and effort of installing a new faucet. All the parts necessary to repair a handle with a broken bolt. Perfect match for my sink faucet.

Very inexpensive fix. No other tools needed, maybe a Philips screwdriver only.

It was easier to get this item from Amazon than the makers (Moen) website. Decent price and it works fine.
