Cello Aqua Leaves Dazzle Series Opalware Dinner Set, 37 Pieces, Service for 6, White, Extra Large (Model: CLO_OPLWR_DZZL_AQLVS_DS_37PCS)

Got the delivery of this package within 24 hours.The biggest concern was that it should arrive without damage and that was a relief as the packaging was done supremely well.The design is very elegant and appealing.All the items look well on display.My only dissappointment is that Serving bowls are a bit small in size and come with "PLASTIC LIDS". This i dint like which is why its a little less value for money for me now.

This time I have received the item by giving a replacement order as in the previous order one soup bowl was broken. There was no provision of partial replacement. This time it is perfect. But when I opened the product packet I found all the glasswares were soaked with sticky watery liquid or might be of any chemical. God knows it might be an used and washed one!Pros:-1. Light weight as compared to LaOpala.2. Design and graphics are sober, soothing for the eyes.3. Look is very nice, palatable.4. Microwave safe, dishwasher safe.5. Product package is good.Cons:-1. Amazon price is 12% higher than market price (Rs-2685/-). In Durgapur, West Bengal, as I checked, it was sold at 35% discount at the time of Diwali. Whereas amazon gave 13%+10% cashback as amazon pay balance at the time of Diwali.2. Finishing is not perfect. Some uneven marks and places are there at the centre of the quarter size plates.3. The colour of the spoons are not at all matching with the white colour of the glasswares. The spoons are yellowish in nature.4. The plastic lids of the serving bowls are larger in size, so being loose does not serve the proper purpose.5. Veg bowls and serving bowls are very small considering it as six persons dinner set.6. Rice plate is not oval but round and small compared to other new sets available by Cello and Borosil.7. Salt and pepper containers are made of plastic, not of glassware.8. Partial replacement is available in the local market whereas it is not available in amazon.9. Not worth of its cost. Borosil might be a better option (with 35% discount in local market) as in some Borosil sets there are 12 veg bowls available which is genuinely required.Suggestion:- Please use any such products after three consecutive washes- first, boiling and hot water wash, second, liquid detergent wash in lukewarm water, third, fresh cold water wash.I have made all these points on the basis of my first and minute impression after receiving the product and market survey.Let me see how durable it may stand and then I will edit my review.

I ordered this recently because this product has 37 pieces which are quite sufficient for a medium sized family. The product quality and design are amazing. The salt & pepper cases provided with this are of good quality plastic though, it could have been of the same material though. Serving bowels have a plastic lid which can decently fit on it.

this product is too good . i m happy with this. unique design(royal ) or easy washable . best thing 37 pieces and each piece perfectly designed.best deal with amazon . thanks to whole team .

- Soup Bowls are like very small bowls.- Serving Bowls are kind of soup bowls size wise.- Serving bowl can have rice for only 1 male person as Male eat much as compared to female - No Offend plz.- Very small katori is also there, I don't know what to do with that as they are very very small, may be that can be used to server ACHAR.Overall not good, instead purchase from the market and not online.

Packing was perfect brought item in festival + lighting deal hence get it in very reasonable price which was never before. Dinner set look so pretty and classy. Service bowl size are small but enough for 4 member family. Rice plate not supplied instead that they supplied one big plate, this can't be expect with "Cello". Otherwise everything is good.

Apart from product being good here is a pleasant experience. I bought it in December but one plate was received in damaged condition. I reported immediately and didn't keep track as I wasn't aware of the process. M/s Patra Bhandar closed my case as they didn't know which plate was broken. I called up to call center. They again got in touch with me and FedExed one broken plate immediately even though it was almost four months after buying. Excellent customer service by Patterns Bhandar.

All the dishes I received were too good, but 2 bowl were brutly broken the whole set is too alluring.
