We love this product. Relatively better priced than the rest of the bikes in the market.We did have an issue with one of the pedals. Though it took some time, it is fixed by the team now.

The media could not be loaded. 1. The cycle came with missing parts.2. The handles are extremely lose, they cannot be fixed because the screw provided is the wrong size and most parts are plastic so it’ll break if you try to fix it.3. The mode remote has no function or any mode, it’s for decor.4. The resistance knob doesn’t work. Doesn’t move at all. It’s cheap plastic, don’t even try hard or you’ll break it.5. The tires work in a cloth ribbon instead of a chain which will definitely break in a few days of cycling.6. The seats even when screwed tight are wiggly and uncomfortable, great risk of falling and imbalance.7. Extremely cheap quality with most of it being plastic, don’t fall for the cheap price.8. Took me 3 hours to assemble every part as it comes completely un-assembled.I couldn’t figure out how to assemble the handles so paid 500rs to a mechanic, only to find out the cycle has no resistance, the resistance knob and mode are just for show and won’t do anything.

Received in a day courtesy Prime shipping and then called up the customer care who guided me and then installation team got in touch with me and the installation was completed within 2 days of delivery.The Bike is good for home use and is comfortable. The Support team also contacted me again to confirm if the installation was done and if any further information was required. Purchase without hesitation.Great Bike at a great price for home use.

Quality is ok. Plastic parts average quality. Assembling the parts not easy task,almost took 1.5hrs.Concept is ok. Guidebook is tricky.

The is one the best equipment I have brought, It is very easy to assemble and gives a very good work out feeling at the same time. The price is very cost effective. A very good buy if you would like to workout at home and with ease

Very nice exercise bicycle.. feeling very happy after using... easy to install...no doubt it is very helpful for fitness.. everyone must have this beatxp exercise bicycle..go for it..

Everything is fine except left pedal, in the meantime left pedal suddenly hard to ride... I think it's company's fault or something else don't know... 🤔🤔🤔
