We have been using it for last one month, support is medium to soft.pros:very comfortable to sleep even in summer.Cons: 1) Mattress cover is white on both sides. Wouls suggest manufacturer to provide in darker shades, as white tends to get discolored. 2) from my personal experrience there is not much difference between hard and soft side. Would had been better is the hard side had more firmness.Overall a good mattress. just what we wanted. Would like to suggest manufacturer to write clearly which side is soft and firm instead of using different colours.

I had 3 of these mattress in my home. So far no issues. I like the firm side than soft side. It gives me good back support and no sleep issues.I have tried coir mattress, spring mattress and this one.Of these;Spring mattress (popular brand) leaves me with maximum body pains and uncomfortable feeling while waking up in the morning.Coir mattress felt good but not adapting body postures.So, went to Wakefit.While I am purchasing my first Wakefit long back they are new and firstly launched foam mattress in India. So, my thought is like let’s give it a try. I am happy that it is still in the good quality I am expecting it will be good for few more years. Worth every penny.If you are suggested Ortho bed by the doctor then I recommend you to talk to an expert why because your weight, your requirement might be specific. And definitely it costs you more. I hope Wakefit can do that in better pricing.Overall a good buy in this price range.Thanks!

Ordered 5 inch but look at the Image and measurement, on the top 4 inch and the bottom 3 inch, also packing roll was not packing side properly bcz of that dirty dust and mark visible.Action has been taken by Wakefit Escalations Team, hance updated my review from 1 start to 4, and received new product was well packed and clean and correct size.Hope Wakefit team is aware and will take appropriate action hereafter before customer posting review here if customer are not happy and justified reason.

Am not satisfied becoz of replacement process...pls ensure once before product packaging....once we received damaged or some other problems to place the return or exchange the product it's very difficult and time consuming....pls make sure ur product quality

I’ve been using a wakefit pillow which I love, with a regular mattress. I wanted a soft one so switched to wakefit mattress but since the shift, have been waking up with a little ache in back. I realised it was because of the pillow since body sinks in the mattress more than used to happen earlier.I’ve tried both sides, and while firm side avoids the ache, it is super bouncy and becomes uncomfortable to sit at.I reverted to soft side and realised that using thinner pillow helps. But body takes a while to adopt and the mattress itself takes a while to adopt to your body.

This is my 6th mattress from wakefit and the only reason I buy it is considering the price, way of shipping and the memory foam.When I personally used the first memory foam mattress from wakefit, i immediately felt relaxed. The sleep quality is very good. The mattress is too soft. However, after using it for 2 weeks, my body started feeling unwanted stress and body aches. My days became more stressful and worse.One of my friend(doctor by profession) advised me to use only firm mattress to sleep and asked me to stay away from memory foam mattresses.So I started using my regular ortho coir fit (not too soft) mattress and my overall body posture improved and my days became stress-free.BUT,I started using these memory foam mattresses in my own service apartments considering their price point. My guests never complained about the mattress quality as their stay is always limited to one or two days.I even bought another 8 inch orthopaedic mattress from wakefit just to check it's firmness, but it's more or less the same memory foam. It's never firm. It always takes the shape of your body which is not a good option.Sooo, i personally do not like these mattresses, but they are budget friendly for my service apartments.I agree, they are comfortable. I agree, the sleep quality is excellent. I agree they do last very long.Will i buy these mattresses from wakefit again ?Definitely yes. Because they are budget friendly to my business.But, they are very very harmful to your body posture sooner or later.Your spine needs a firm mattress to keep it healthy and firm.People from wakefit call you and insist you to provide a positive review in amazon. They keep sending you messages in WhatsApp asking you to send screenshot of your review. I don't know if you get rewarded by submitting the review, but this is my honest opinion."Stay away from it."

The product is as described. One side of the matttress is hard and the other side is medium soft so we can use it as per requirement. The mattress was nicely rolled in good quality plastic bag and packed in a bag. It was suprising to see the mattress compresed and packed so the moment I pulled it out of the plastic cover it regained its original shape. So kudos to the packing dept..👌🏻. Comfort level, quality of sleep is very good. Surely a product to be recommended. 👌🏻Superb

Its an amazing mattress as compared to those costly mattresses....it is sleep comfort and very good in this prices..initially i was doubting whether i should purchase this or not as i was not known with the wakefit but after purchasing this i m totally satisfied with the product......
