We have used this product for four months now and the ends have become loose. Due to this sleeping is not comfortable.Two days before the bed broke from the middle.The product broke in just four months of purchase.Really poor quality.

Item not upto the expected standard
The foldable tape cot delivered today (05-01-2025) is not tightly woven. It has very saggy tapes which will not last for a month.I want to replace the above item with all-metal foldable cot of Honeytouch brand worth about Rs.5700/-.There is no option given for purchasing a higher version of the same product.People who received an item of not-up to their expectation cannot go to a higher version of the same product.There should be an option for replacement with a higher version.

Poor quality of pipe, support pipe is very loose. Synthetic strip is very less and loose.
