AOR, Ortho Core, Nutritional Support for Foundational Health and Energy, Multivitamin and Mineral Supplement, Vegan, 30 servings (180 capsules)

After countless hours of research I decided this was the best bet on vitamins that had the greatest chance of bioavailability. Yes they’re expensive but I only take 3 a day instead of 7 & a bottle lasts twice as long. As with any supplement I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but if I run out & don’t have a new bottle I don’t feel as good as when I take them.

The label in the picture says serving size = 1 capsule, 180 capsules, 180 servings. The product I ACTUALLY received says serving size = SIX capsules (and they are big ones), 180 capsules, 30 servings. Totally misrepresented and, unfortunately, I opened them before I noticed this huge discrepancy and likely won't be able to return them. I would have never purchased if I thought I'd have to take six a day.

Have probably been using these for about a year now. No issues with it. Definitely can tell when I haven't taken them.

I've been taking this for a while now and over all I feel better taking them. Not to big and they go down easy!!

Excellent supplement

This multivitamin is not for your those who want a basic formulation or are on a budget. It is for those seeking to buy one of the most complete and premium multivitamin formulations on the market. While many people's nutritional needs could be better served by taking specific vitamins they are deficient in, many would prefer the simplicity of taking a multivitamin. Keep in mind that the daily suggested dosage is 6 capsules a day, adding up to only 30 servings in a bottle.Orthocore has been lauded for many years as a premium multivitamin. This is in part due to its founder being trained a licensed pharmacist who makes an effort to formulate products which are supported by scientific evidence, as well as sourcing premium forms of vitamins and nutrients in dosages supported by peer-reviewed scientific research (e.g. the form of b12 used in Orthocore is methylcobalamin instead of the usual cyanocobalamin). While the formula is not "perfect", and I would argue no one multivitamin can be "perfect" for a wide range of people, they seem to make efforts to update it when reviewing research or feedback from customers.
